Innen und außen. Nicht nur was von innen nach außen gehen darf ist wichtig, sondern auch der Weg von außen nach innen ist zu beachten. Schließlich möchte man nicht schutzlos alles in sich hinein lassen. Man sollte  auch seinen eigenen Wert pflegen. Sich selbst erhalten. Wer sich selbst respektiert, hat auch Respekt für andere Menschen. Dazu gehört genauso sich nicht von anderen Menschen manipulieren zu lassen🙂

Inside and outside. Not only what is allowed to go from the inside to the outside is important, but also the way from the outside to the inside has to be considered. After all, you don't want to let everything in without protection. One should also cultivate one's own value. Maintain oneself. If you respect yourself, you also respect other people. This also includes not allowing oneself to be manipulated by other people.
